MY STORY
I was born in Mumbai and brought up in Goa in a grounded middle-class family as the third of six siblings. Growing up in a large family shaped my emotional intelligence early — I learned responsibility, empathy, observation, and resilience.
From childhood, I was deeply sensitive to people’s emotions. I naturally became the listener — the one friends and family turned to when they needed clarity, comfort, or perspective. At that time, I didn’t know this was the foundation of coaching.
When I could no longer ignore that voice in my head, I mustered up the courage to tell my husband that I couldn’t do it anymore. The extent of his support and understanding truly moved me – he wanted me to live out my dreams.
Professional Foundation
I completed my education in Goa and pursued General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from the Institute of Nursing Education.
My career began in Mumbai as a Nursing Officer, where I worked closely with patients and families during vulnerable phases of life. This profession strengthened my compassion, crisis management, and human understanding.
Later, I transitioned into the corporate sector with Goldshield Nutraceuticals, entering the nutraceuticals industry. This phase expanded my exposure to business dynamics, communication, leadership, and professional growth.
