HOW I FOUND MY CALLING
I was born in Mumbai and raised in Goa in a grounded middle-class family as the third of six siblings. Growing up in a large family shaped my emotional intelligence early — I learned responsibility, empathy, and resilience.
I began my career as a Nursing Officer after completing my General Nursing and Midwifery. Working closely with patients during vulnerable moments strengthened my compassion and human understanding.
Later, I transitioned into the corporate world with Goldshield Nutraceuticals, where I gained exposure to leadership, communication, and business dynamics. Across both worlds, one pattern remained constant — people confided in me. That was my turning point. I realized coaching wasn’t accidental. It was my calling.
